Welcome. My name is Liliana Jones, owner and operator of Emiliano’s. Growing up in Mexico, food was such a part of our culture and it’s a shared experience that unites us across the globe. Sharing meals with friends and family over holidays, or tacos on the beach for a festival. Bringing authentic Mexican cuisine to the West Coast of Canada is something I’m passionate about and uniting coastal culture over food is a beautiful thing. Emiliano’s is proudly named after my grandfather who always loved and encouraged me to follow my passions.
